A practicing physiotherapist for over 35 years Teresa is the owner and Practice Principal Physio of Strathfield Physiotherapy Centre.
Teresa spent 5 years at Concord Hospital, including two as a Clinical Tutor. She has extensive experience in private practice having joined our clinic in 1990, and later taking on the role of Principal and Owner in 1997.
As a recognised Musculoskeletal therapist, Teresa is experienced in all aspects of manual therapy with expertise in the treatment of headaches, migraines, jaw pain, upper and lower limb joint, neck and back problems, pain associated with osteoarthritis, plantar fasciitis, pre and post pregnancy concerns, post-operative joint and spinal rehabilitation and sports injuries.
A Qualified Phsyiotherapist, Teresa graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Science, followed by a post graduate Diploma in Physiotherapy from Cumberland College - now part of the University of Sydney. Teresa is an Accredited Mulligan Practitioner and also uses a multitude of techniques including those of Mulligan, Maitland and Kalternborn. Teresa regularly attends Physiotherapy Conferences around the world to keep abreast of the latest evidence based treatments. In 2014, she presented a paper on Clinical Experiences in Shoulder Pain at a conference held in Mumbai, India.

With vast experience in private practice, treatment of musculoskeletal and sporting injuries, Zaheera has worked in various private practice clinics in Sydney before joining Strathfield Physiotherapy Centre.
