About Us

Zaheera brings over 15 years of experience as a physiotherapist, having started at the practice in 2014 and progressing to become its principal and owner in 2019. Her approach to patient care is driven by a deep passion for delivering personalized and effective treatments, rooted in the belief that each injury and individual is unique.
 

Having experienced injuries herself, Zaheera empathizes with the physical and mental impact they can have. She emphasizes the importance of tailored exercise programs, making them both enjoyable and beneficial for her clients to continue at home.
 

Outside of her professional life, Zaheera leads an active lifestyle. She enjoys activities such as F45 training, Ballroom and Latin dancing, engaging in outdoor activities, participating in events like City2Surf/10km runs, and exploring Sydney's culinary scene, particularly in search of the best Malaysian food.

Zaheera's clinic hours are Wednesday through Saturday, ensuring accessibility for her clients throughout the latter half of the week.

Teresa is a highly experienced physiotherapist with over 30 years in practice, currently serving as the senior physiotherapist at Strathfield Physiotherapy Centre. Her extensive background in private practice encompasses comprehensive expertise in manual therapy, specializing in the treatment of various musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.
 

Known for her passion and compassion, Teresa is deeply committed to the well-being of her clients, ensuring their improvement before they leave the practice. Her caring approach underscores her dedication to personalized care and positive outcomes.
 

Outside of her professional commitments, Teresa leads a vibrant life. She enjoys spending time with her four grandchildren, engaging in activities such as pilates, swimming, exercise physiology and pursuing her interests in gardening, painting, and culinary arts. Her generous spirit extends to creating memorable gatherings for friends and family.
 

Teresa's availability at Strathfield Physiotherapy Centre is on Mondays and Tuesdays, providing focused care during the early part of the week.

Susie joined our practice in 2024 following her graduation from the University of Sydney with a Master of Physiotherapy. Her journey in healthcare began with a Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation from Tongji University in China, where she gained valuable experience in a musculoskeletal private practice in Shanghai. This foundation led her to pursue advanced studies at the University of Sydney, focusing on musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
 

Passionate about delivering exceptional care, Susie is dedicated to supporting clients with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. Her commitment to their well-being is evident in her approach, ensuring personalised treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Susie leads an active and social lifestyle. She enjoys spending time with friends, indulging in video games, exploring her passion for baking, and has recently discovered the benefits of Pilates.

Susie is available at our practice on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, providing accessible care throughout the week.
